Our Caravan has the benefit of being double glazed and Gas Central Heated with 3 bedrooms and a further pull out sofa in the lounge making it an ideal van for the larger family.
We are situated on the first part of The Retreat which is a quiet & peaceful cul de sac, safer for small children.
Our Caravan is extremely clean & cosy with comfy wrap around sofa's in the lounge & dining area giving you more space for your family.
Ample kitchen area complete with large cooker,warmer & integrated fridge.
1 double bedroom & 2 twins with plenty of wardrobe space.
Large shower/bath & separate toilet
It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay. Including crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker with warmer, large integrated fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, clothe airer's, hoover, hair dryer, TV, freeview, DVD, CD player, DVD films & CD music. Board games/toys.
Outside there is a patio area complete with patio set for those warm sunny days.

We can also provide a bed guard, travel cot, highchair, safety gate and pushchair with rain cover for the little ones.
(sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot)
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins passes are all included in the price.
For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & a carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained
You will need to provide your own linen/towels
or we can provide them for you at a cost of £35
All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean when leaving.
